Dear Patients:

Most vision care insurance plans provide for a routine eye examination for EYEGLASSES only. They do not cover any aspect of the management of your contact lenses. Therefore, there is an additional fee of $25.00 - $75.00 to verify the fit and prescription of your lenses. This allows the doctor to make sure your contact lenses provide the best vision and comfort possible and that your eyes remain healthy while wearing contact lenses. Thank you,
